Interview Prep Advisor is a subset of the leadership development consultancy, Coach Effect, founded my Jennifer Mounce.

I, Jennifer Mounce, am the Interview Prep Advisor.

My 15+ years of corporate human resources & 6+ years of career coaching expertise that includes: supporting recruitment & staffing at all levels, pouring over 1,000′s of resumes, and directly involved with hiring 100s of people from Presidents to mail clerks make it easy to lay claim to such a title.

I am passionate about supporting individuals and organizations in their quest to find the right fit in each other.  I authored No Bad Hires: Your Guide to Great Staffing to give organizations a structure they could use to create an effective staffing process.  I have helped many individual job seekers succeed in landing the position they desired!
